6 Week Youth Strength Class

Coach Gwen will be teaching a 6-Week Youth Strength Program starts June 10!

For ages 12-17, this program meets Wednesdays from 6:00-7:00 PM, June 10 through July 15. Participants will also receive two additional programmed workouts to complete at home each week.

The goal in this 6 week program is to help teach kids the fundamentals of weight training in the big 3 movements: squat, bench, and deadlift. They will learn how to make mind-muscle connections and the importance of technique and good lifting form to help build foundational strength in a safe, constructive environment.

Cost: $225 for all 6 weeks.
