The Prevail Strength Program is an 8-week hybrid strength and conditioning program built for people who want structure, accountability, and real progress. Learn valuable skills in the weight room and stay accountable as we enter the warmer, summer months.
Program details:
• Starts Friday, March 20, 2026 and ends May 8, 2026
• 1 coached in-person group session each week: Fridays 5:30-6:30pm
• 8 weeks of structured strength & conditioning
• 2 additional workouts per week delivered online through the Prevail coaching app that can be done at home or in the gym
• Weekly 30min walk challenges
• Access to the Prevail weight room during open gym hours
• Free Circuit Class attendance while on the program
• Built-in accountability and progress tracking with weekly check-ins
This program is designed for busy adults who want a clear plan and consistent coaching in a small-group setting.
